Who we are

VRDnet is a retail design and delivery platform built and run by Vindico Retail. This website (vrdnet.com) is operated by Vindico Projects Management Services LLC, Trade Licence No. 666204, registered office Suite G009, Ibn Battuta Gate, PO Box 232644, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why the personal information described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email info@vindicoretail.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the VRDnet website: enquiries and demo requests, and visits to the site. It does not cover the VRDnet platform at app.vrdnet.com. Platform accounts, and the project information customers and their teams put into the platform, are handled under each customer’s agreement with us. If your question is about project information in a customer’s VRDnet workspace, please contact that customer; if you send it to us, we will pass it on to them. We never ask for platform passwords on this website. To sign in, go to app.vrdnet.com.

What we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, by email or through a form on this site: your name, work email, company, role and market, and anything else you tell us. When you write to us or speak with us: the content of emails, calls and demos, and the business contact details you give us. When you visit the site: technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We do not ask for sensitive information; please do not include it in a message.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to your request and arrange a demo, because you asked us to. To keep a record of enquiries so our team can follow up, based on our legitimate business interests. To send you updates, only where you have agreed. To understand which pages bring enquiries and to improve the site, and to keep the site secure, based on our legitimate interests. To meet legal and tax duties. The main laws we expect to apply are the UAE and Saudi Personal Data Protection Laws, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for people in the European Union or the UK, the GDPR.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with our CRM (HubSpot), which VRDnet shares with Vindico Retail, so enquiries are handled by one team; our website host (Webflow); other service providers who help us run the business, such as email and file storage; the other companies that trade as Vindico Retail (Takdim for Project Management (One Partner) in Saudi Arabia and Vindico Management Services Private Limited in India), where they need it to handle your request; and professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it. Our service providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Where your information is stored

Some of our providers store data outside the country you are in. When we move information across borders, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as contract terms with the provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and demo requests that do not lead to a customer relationship: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record so we do not email you again. Technical and cookie data: as set out in the Cookie Policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls on our systems. No system is completely secure. If a breach puts your information at risk, we will act as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to see and get a copy of your information, correct it, have it deleted, object to or limit how we use it, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to the data protection regulator where you live. Email info@vindicoretail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to reply within 30 days. Requests about project information in a customer’s platform workspace are passed to that customer.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them, or where the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@vindicoretail.com.

Children and changes

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We may update this policy; the version and date at the top of this page show when it last changed, and we will say so here if a change is significant.
